Classic  For those who rely on a proven and structured learning approach: We offer workshops, seminars, group courses, and individual training sessions. Your company will be carefully onboarded, allowing our trainers to tailor content precisely to your area of work or even to the requirements of multi-disciplinary teams. Training can either take place in person or virtually.

Pro For those who want to explore new paths: Our AI-based solution usually requires a bit more time at the beginning to clarify user approvals. Once we've rolled out the AI-Companion to your staff, our (human) training team complements the learning process with monthly individual lessons. This blend ensures daily training with human collaboration – ideal for international start-ups and medium-sized enterprises with up to 30 learners. Exclusively virtual.

​Pro Plus Essentially the same concept as Pro – but for a larger number of participants. That's why, we often recommend group courses instead of individual lessons with our (human) training team. How does a package with Loora work?

Onboarding and usage

Learners receive a personal invitation from ee, download the app, complete the Loora AI CEFR test and set their recommended preferences. Let the fun start! Gamification elements provide additional motivation. Learner-driven

Live sessions with trainer

Learners participate monthly in sessions led by trainers (group or individual) and specifically build their business vocabulary and grammar. Trainers provide recommendations for role plays in Loora and concrete suggestions for individual development areas, personal learning goals are also defined. Progress and participation are reviewed regularly. Trainer-led

Performance and analytics

Clients have access to performance statistics – at the management level (for teams) or HR (company-wide). Dashboards allow for the comparison of team performance in pronunciation, fluency, and grammar. Client-driven
