AI + Teacher.

The best of both worlds.

Our Partner Loora AI

The future of business English learning no longer lies in textbooks and purely grammar-based exercises. Today, professionals need practical communication skills that can be trained flexibly and at any time.

This is why modern language training is increasingly moving toward personalised, AI-powered, and mobile learning solutions. Conversational AI enables learners to practice real business scenarios, receive instant feedback, and continuously improve their confidence in English — tailored to their individual pace and personal goals.

For this reason, ee has partnered with Loora. Loora brings cutting-edge technology for AI-powered conversational simulations, while ee contributes its extensive experience in business language training and professional communication.

By combining AI-driven speaking practice with expert-led coaching, this partnership creates an innovative learning solution that is personalised, practical, and scalable. This enables companies to sustainably improve the communication skills and language proficiency of their employees at scale.

Here are some frequently asked questions from our clients:

No. The learning data entered via the Loora platform is processed in accordance with Loora AI's privacy policy and applicable data protection regulations. The purpose of the platform is to provide language learning services, such as conversation exercises and automated feedback.

As with most professional SaaS platforms, Loora processes user interactions solely to provide and enhance the functionality of the service. Any potential use of learning data for broader model training is subject to the data protection and data processing policies of the respective provider.

ee does not use training data for AI systems and does not operate its own large language models.

Organisations are advised to review Loora AI's data protection and data processing policies for detailed information.

ee only stores the information that is necessary for the organisation of courses and the support of clients such as:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Company name
  • Course participation status
  • Language level (CEFR level)
  • Information on learning progress

This data is stored in our CRM system and used solely for course management and supporting learners.

Loora AI processes information that is necessary to provide the language learning service. This may include, among other things:

  • User account information
  • Learning activity and usage data
  • Speech interaction data for conversation exercises
  • Information on learning progress

According to the provider, data from users in Germany is hosted on the infrastructure of Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Frankfurt, Germany.

The processing of this data is carried out in accordance with Loora AI's Privacy Policy.

Yes. It has a comprehensive Privacy Policy that explains how personal data is collected, stored, and processed.

The Privacy Policy includes, among other things, the following areas:

  • Data collection on the website
  • Cookies and web analysis
  • Hosting Infrastructure
  • Storage of CRM data
  • Third-party service providers
  • Learning platforms
  • Payment providers
  • User rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

All digital services from ee are hosted on servers within the European Union. Furthermore, we only work with providers that ensure appropriate security and data protection standards.

Like any modern cloud service provider, Loora operates according to established information security and data protection standards designed to minimise security risks as much as possible.

In the unlikely event of a security incident, professional SaaS providers are required to adhere to established procedures for responding to security incidents. This may include, among other things:

  • immediate investigation and containment of the incident
  • Measures to address security vulnerabilities
  • Notifications, where required by law

According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), organisations are required to report certain data breaches – where necessary – to the relevant supervisory authorities as well as to the affected individuals.

ee regularly reviews the security practices of the third-party platforms we work with and selects only those providers that adhere to appropriate security standards.

Many organisations initially approach the use of AI with caution, particularly in environments with high compliance and data protection requirements. However, AI-supported learning solutions can be used responsibly when they are integrated into a clearly structured and well-managed training concept.

Important factors that give stakeholders security include, for example:

  • the use of reputable AI providers with transparent data protection policies
  • the assurance that data processing takes place as much as possible within the EU
  • the combination of AI tools with expert instruction and personal support
  • the limitation of data collection for learning purposes only

In the case of Loora AI, the technology provides scalable conversational practice, while ee delivers the educational expertise and human coaching necessary for effective professional language training.

Many German companies follow a BYOD policy (Bring Your Own Device). This allows employees to use their personal devices for work-related applications under certain conditions.

Typical requirements are, for example:

  • agreed participation by employees
  • Compliance with internal IT security policies
  • Use of secure applications from approved providers
  • as clear a separation as possible between private and professional data

In learning applications like Loora AI, employees typically access the platform through their own user accounts, without needing direct access to company systems.

Companies can alternatively provide work devices or implement Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions when stricter IT security controls are required.
